Head and Manifold gasket for Tecumseh AQ148 engine fitted to an ATCO mower?

A friend is looking for a Head and a Manifold gasket for a AQ148 Tecumseh engine (number E-45520E ???)fitted to his ATCO lawnmower which is 3 years old.
He has been given the following numbers;
Head Gasket 28220039
Manifold Gasket 28570037

We live in Norfolk. Can anyone help ?
