briggs 9fb no spark?

i have a bantam tractor with a briggs and stratton model 9fb type 201537 sn 143294 i cant get it to spark i replaced the coil,points and condencer. any ideas.

Point gap,grounded wire or possibly points plunger stuck?
All I can think of right off hand.
