Mend ZTE T6 Battery Plug Charge

ZTE T6 mobile phone states no battery when charging?

When I plug in my T6 phone to charge it up the phone states that there is no battery. I have removed the battery and SIM card and then replaced but still the same problem.

I have the same issue - don't know how to resolve it. I purchased a replacement battery, but it still says 'no battery'.
