Mend Abbey Lancaster Caravan Battery Power

the battery isn't powering anything in my caravan how can i fix it?

hi,
I have a 1985 Abbey Lancaster. the mains works the plug sockets, but nothing else and the battery isn't powering anything, it does have charge in it i checked.
does anyone have any ideas??

Hi Anne,
Do you use a Leisure type battery? If you do,and charged it on a car battery charger,it will not have obtained a big enough charge to run your van electrics.New Leisure batteries can be bought for about £40,(Glasgow prices!!)
You will also need a "Leisure" charger
