How do I open cabinet top on Sears Model #11092195110?

Thanks JP for your first input. The fill hoses I'm talking about are not the water supply lines. It seems to be the plastic line that comes from the pump assembly to the water softener dispensor. Could be just a loose clamp; however, I need to get access to the top drum area to see. I did not see any top screws that you mentioned other than taking the entire back off, which may be the case, Ugh. Anyway, I thought there would be an easier way than having to disassemble the entire back panel to lift the top. I had hoped there was a hidden latch or something to slide a "putty knive" between the top and the cabinet to open a latch or something.
