Fisher&Paykel GWL11 Top Load washer fills w/only hot water?

Our Fisher and Paykel GWL11 top load washer fills with hot water only. It will not fill with cold water even though the cold water hose is connected and the cold water valve is open.

Either the cold water inlet valve is faulty, the wires that plug in to the inlet valve are not firmly in place or the main control module is faulty and will have to be replaced.
