how can i fix my electrolux built in oven. model EPDOMWH?

Top oven and grill working. Main oven fan working BUT no heat

Thanks ck, do I go through the back of the oven or from the front, the front would be easier. But the 4 screws in the corners of the fan guard are ceased up.
I have soaked them in easing oil and will try later. Tony.
