Mend Strong DTI6300 Light Stays Constantly

my dti6300 wont record?

mydti6300 wont record and the recod light stays on constantly yet i have 03% disc space free can someone please help ?

Menu, Set-up (4), Help (6), hidden Advanced Info (green), Format HDD (blue).
