Mend Hotpoint WF100 Hot Water Tap

does WF100 have hot water feed?

The machine (Hotpoint WF100) does not appear to draw water in from the hot water tap, the water in the machine does not get warm/hot and the clothes are as dirty when I get them out as when I put them in!
