i had the same problem two ..but it was the fan motor it had snapped causing the thermostat to go in the red that was when my red stop sign came on..when i changed my fan and fuse and bled the radiator it is working fine!!

Mine does the same, I think I have a leak in brake fluid as when I top up is fine but start flashing again in about a day and have to tpo it up again therefore I would check the brake fluid!!

the handbrake sign doubles up as a brake fluid sign. 100 percent bets brake fluid is low final answer.
