How can I fix my Heatline Condensing boiler c24/c28?

The boilers are crap, I just worked on a c28, heating was coming on when calling for hot water. So I replaced the black nut service kit and motor, cleaned out the brass diverter housing. Still same problem, first and last time that I'll be working on these boilers

Well I found my heatline C24 to be ok and also the engineer came out to check it , after british gas said it need lots of new parts for the boiler. I was impressed with the engineer who solved it in half hour, and i only had to pay £87 call out fee. Think they are good boilers for a cheaper model.

Heatline Boilers (VAILLANT) are just about the biggest disaster ever to be sold as durable! LOL.

It's like something you buy for Christmas but is not expected to work in the New Year!

Go to your retailer and demand your money back.

If you have a Heatline Boiler don't waste your money on a single repair. Not one.

Put your money towards a Worcester.

hi i am a heatline agent these boilers are as good as any other low end crap out there have fitted dozens of vizos from bq myself without many problems have you had the plate heat exchanger replaced this not a diy job. is water coming out from the expansion pipe this on the outside wall . a call to heatline at a fixed price of 260 pounds will fix it and boiler will have 12 month warrenty so all faults will be sorted, the 260 is for all parts and labour. the system was not power flushed ii this was a replacement boiler. if buying a new boiler have an inter gas one dutch made last 20 years and cost the same as worcester or vailant high end crap fit these as my high end boilers , next to these are remeha . you can phone me if need be mike 01803 322526 torqay devon

my advice to you would be to buy a skip and throw it in it.100% worst boiler ever to plague gas engineers.seriously you would be better putting your money towards another boiler(instead of parts) such as a viessmann or dimplex who both have good reputations and carry a 5 year parts and labour warranty,good luck.
