6.5 gm motor?

just isnt rite.just put new injection pump in.is geting fuel.if i start run it it seems to run fin .but if i shut it off and try to start again it may not fire back up.then it may but shuts back down.i am not sure what to do.pump isnt the prob im sure.seems to have plenty of fuel to filter.
