How do I get my Diplomat 8702 Washer / Dryer to dry?

All be it that i bought this fairly old machine 2nd hand, I have no idea how to get the thing to dry the clothes once the wash cycle has finished, clues would be appreciated

Hi Glen,

Following these steps:
1) Place the clothes, maximum 5lb/2kgs into the drum.
2) Select the required heat level either full heat for normal fabrics or half heat for delicates.
3)Turn the dryer timer to required time.
4) Press the half load button.
5) Press the ON/OFF switch.

At the end of the drying cycle there is a 10 minute cool down period. this will minimise creasing due to it allowing the frabric to cool down gently.
