Glow worm micron 50ff?

If you cant reset the boiler i am guessing this is the pcb it is continously flashing and if i un plug and plug back in it will work for 30 seconds

I have the same problem, asked the Local Plumber, he says its the fan. Gave it a squirt of fire resistant oil (* Do Not Use WD40*), it worked, and it does need changing and the quick fix wont last forever maybe a month.

if the flashing light is flashing slowly its a software error
if its flashing fast its a ignition lock out
you can down load a manual on the glow worm website

Hi there looking for any help. My glow worm micron 50ff working fine this morning heating came on as usual tonight didn't switch on. When looking at the boiler unit itself you can hear the noise as if its on but the reset and burner light are both flashing. Help!!

Hi there,

it seems this is a common problem as my 50FF has started to do this also. The reset button is constant and the burner light flashes. There may be a simple way to fix this, simply reset the dial on the left as per instructions underneath. Wait a short time and the boiler should kick back in to gear with the reset light off and the burner light staying on constant. If this doesn't fix it then i'm afraid you are where i am! I've been searching the internet and it appears something called the PCB may have gone cuput! If you have a mate who's a plumber then you're probably in luck - otherwise as we all know it'll probably cost half your life savings. Good luck anyway, if i find anything else i'll post it on the sight.

I am reading the 50FF manual for you. It says LED Reset constant and burner LED slow flashing = Software Error. LED Reset constant and burner LED fast flashing = Ignition Lockout. What does it all actually mean? I haven't a clue
