are you sure the battery is ok,tight terminals on battery and starter etc. handbrake on, jack up front of car and place on axle stands.disconnect battery. make a note of were wires are terminated (i take photos) .under car front of engine on starter,disconnect the solenoid terminals, then remove earth strap securing nut and lift off stud.remove the two bolts holding on starter motor on. its a tight space but a simple job. haynes manuals can be helpful. make sure you note were wires go.
