My neighbours Advent 5312 laptop will not light up on battery alone. Plug in the charger and the power light goes green and then alternates between green and orange. I suspect the battery, but I am no expert on laptops. I ask for him as he cannot get online. Hoping someone may have a solution. Thanks in advance.
