Mend Worcester 24i RSF Water Boiler

no hot water on worcester 24i rsf boiler?

anybody? just descaled my heat exchanger on worcester24i rsf combi boiler flow rate now is 8 ltrs /min but when hot tap is turn on after 10secs it shuts down then tries firing up which it does then again shuts gas off ,thought flow switch changed that still same problem can any solve this mystery
