Dryer timer seems to be working, which resets the relay switch(on). But dryer does not turn on? it was doing this periodically, now it won't turn on at all.

No heat, checked circuit breakers, remove from vent in case clogged. Is there an interal fuse in the unit itself. The vent appears to be fairly clogged
