Frister Rossmann Beaver 2 Bobbin wont wind?

Hi the bobbin winder on the top of my machine wont turn, I assume its some sort of cog or drive belt that is broken/disengaged. Just wondering if anyone know how to fix it

Hello Jerry,
It should be very simple, it will either be the winder rubber worn down one side, or the winder seized, or there may be moisture or oil on the rubber, if the winder is stuck solid you need to take the top off, put some WD40 on the spindle, put an electric drill over the spindle and start it very slow and you will find it will release.
