Worcester Bosch Greenstar 24i - reset button not working?

Hi,

Over the past week I have been having problems with the condensing pipe freezing. When I defrost it and press reset the boiler has started working again. This morning after clearing the condensing pipe the reset button is no longer doing anything - the boiler isn't even trying to reset.
