Same here. Two weeks ago, I had to have the pipe for the trickling condensation fitted inside the house instead of outside, was advised by my heating system supplier, to have it done via bathroom shower waste pipe. Now this also is frozen. They tell me it is now my responsibility to deal with it as there is not much more they can do. It's happening to hundreds of people with these boilers. The slow trickle of condensation is freezing solid as it gets to the short pipe just outside the house. The new shower is therefore now being flooded with condensation water because it cannot get past the frozen pipe. This system is badly designed for the Scottish winters apparently. Even insulated outside pipes are freezing so I will have to get the whole area covered and insulated. Spent thousands on this system in January. What a let down.
