My worcester bosch bolier making very strange vibrating noise 30 cdi?

My worcester bosch boiler is making a very strange noise almost vibrating to the extent that it is going to blow!have no hot water or central heating and errror code is EAplease help as I have elderly person living at home in the freezing weather!
