But make sure the vents are clear in the soffit and that thay do go right throu into loft and not there just for decoration.

If you have small round vents in your soffit that are right throu, then increase the amount, manufactures recommend every 200mm all the way round. Which equates to a 20mm slot vent all the way round.

If you have a high pitch roof, fit 2 tiles two thirds the way up on all sides of the roof.

You might also like to check where the exhaust from your new boiler is going. There is a lot of water vapour in the exhaust and it might just be wafting into the loft through the eaves. Plus, your loft is now a lot colder than before the new insulation was fitted, so condensation will form more easily.

Condensation in roof spaces is normally down to no ventilation, the installers of your insulation may have stopped this by stuffing it in the eaves which will stop airflow and therefore create the condensation. You should be able to see some daylight coming from the eaves in the roof space this will mean that enough airflow can come through to take away water vapour.
