Can anyone help with this problem?

I have just had a new firebird condensing boiler fitted and the magic eye needs taken out to be cleaned at least 3 times a day to get it going again how can i resolve this problem?

Sounds like the combustion settings are wrong (oil pump pressure, co2 shutter, etc). You need an oil service engineer to service/commission the burner sorry (typically costs £90 - £120).
