My three sons and I are renting a brick home and two of my sons work but me and my 28 year old son don't work and our back porch roof leaks and we can't afford to fix it and we can't tell my Landlord cause he has already threatened to either raise the rent or sell this house because he's having financial difficulties. What should I do?
