THE CAR WILL NOT START, THE BATTERY IS FULLY CHARGED AND THE CAR WAS RUNNING BEFORE A STOP. WHEN TRYING TO RESTART THE ENGINE WOULD NOT TURN OVER, ALL DASH BOURD INDICATORS ARE WORKING CORRECTLY, AND THE COMPUTOR DIAPLAYS ECCONOMY MODE. I HAVE TRIED ROCKING BACKWARDS AND FORWARDS IN GEAR TO NO AVAIL AND CANNOT REACH STARTER MOTOR TO SHORT OUT. iS THIS A COMPUTOR PROBLEM?
No starter does move, the relays sound as if they making though, i have had a relay service pick the motor up and they tried most common ways of trying to restart motor. cheers terry!

I hope that you don't really mean you were going to 'short out' your starter motor. The current involved is large and will burn you.
You don't say if the starter 'trys' to move e.g. any clicks etc.
