Mend Saunier Duval Boiler Lights Light

how can I fix my saunier duval?

boiler lights for 3or4sec then red light comes on. I push the switch to 0 wait 5 secs push the switch to 1 green light come on then goes off, red light comes on, f4 shows in the window, can you lell me what is wrong
