fix hinges etc on B205SS?

I have a Beaumatic B 205SS single oven
1. The door will not stay flat parallel to the floor when opening and remains at 45 degrees
2. Also when the door is closed hot air comes out of the top edge of the door
3. I am getting dribbles down the inner side of the oven glass. Whilst I can unscew the glass for cleaning and replacing, there is no effective seal between the glass and the door frame to prevent it happening again.

Would replacing the hinges and door gasket solve 1&2 but what about 3?
