How can I get my door on my Neff B1421 Oven to hang and close properly ?

The Neff single Oven B1421 I have seems to have started to hang wrongly and therefore does not close properly. I have taken the door off and the left and right hinges seem fine and serviceable but I get the impression something in the main unit, where the hinges fit into it, is missing or has broken in the right hand hinge entry point. The metal seems fine both sides on an external look but is something else behind that metal securing in the door hinges ?

Can you help or point me in the right direction ?
