Mend Diplomat DIPL460 Oven Electric Fault

how can I fix my electric oven door?

My Diplomat oven door does not appear to be fully closed when I shut it. Is it faulty or is this part of its design? The oven is a single oven/grill with an extra removable glass panel in the glass door. I had it fitted in 2005
