Hi
Normally on ovens if you grip the door when open either side of the door, and close to the hinges and twist it downwards, it will release the hinges and you can pull the door forward and the hinges slide out.
It is possible to re glue the inner glass by gluing it - you need special glue, and using a glass lifting sucker to pull it back into position. However it is far better to remove the outer panel and access the inner glass properly. this enables you to make sure you can clean the inner glass properly (otherwise you will not get a good bond), and apply some pressure to the glass for a reasonable period of time once glued.
A company called www.ovendoorglue.co.uk sells a kit to glue the glass into position at a good price. Or look for high temperature silicone glue suitable for temperatures up to 300C.
Good luck
