The water has stopped entering above the softener drawer. It only pours through a large hole at the top back right hand side missing the softener completely. Any ideas please?

the holes are blocked with black gunk above the conditioner compartment.remove the soap draw and try cleaning the holes out whilst the water is rushing down the back sometimes it flushes gunk through.replacing the top bit (conveyor) is sometimes required.HOLD A TOWEL ACROSS THE FRONT DRAW OPENING TO STOP WATER POURING OUT!
