Mend Mira XL Shower Valve

where can i take mira xl shower valve to be looked at ?

ive taken shower valve off wall to tile , gone to put it back and can not knock it off, and no hot water coming through only cold also combi boiler not firing up when turing shower on. gratefull for any help
