Mend Mira Jade 7.5-8.5kw Shower Not Water

Jade 7.5-8.5kw elecrtic shower not flowing with water?

My shower has stopped working. I think it is the bottom solenoid a couple of times over the past week it has "overflowed" cold water. Its not the pressure relief valve. I've replaced that in the past.

Is fitting the new solenoid a straightforwrad job or does the cost of the solenoid make it more sensible to buy a new shower?

Your PRD _HAS_ blown again. I've had this 3 times now, twice when a visitor changed the head setting when using the shower. If you change the head setting when it's running, the pressure builds up as you change from one spray setting to another and it blows the little plastic ball out of the valve. They cost about 9 pounds for 2. I agree, it seems a lot for what it is.

I've put a label on the shower saying 'Do not adjust when in use'.
