Mira atom erd thermostatic shower ?

My Mira erd thermostatic shower is leaking but it's not leaking from the shower heads or any of the hoses . If you unscrew the hose for the little shower head it seems to be dripping from inside the mixer bar have replaced both of the cartridges ie temperature valve and the flow valve cartridge but that has not stopped it any ideas anybody
