where is the starter motor?

it should be at the bottom of the engine on the passenger side at the front or back of the engine.If its at the back it may be hard to see from the top,in which case jack the front of the vehicle up ,and have a look from underneath,it may be obscured by the half shaft, follow the thick red wire from the battery, that will lead you in the right direction.
