Mend Echo PB-251 Model Throttle Spring

How can I fix my Echo Blower Model PB-251?

The throttle trigger on my Echo Blower Model PB-251 does not work. Should there be a spring holding it in the down position. When I press on it, it goes all the way up inside the handle.
