Diagram of 3hp Briggs & Stratton?

I need to see how to attach throttle spring & levers. It is Model #92502 Type 3136 01

I've searched everywhere for even similar but no luck.

I have a 3hp horizontal shaft motor on a lawn edger that I was using the other day. I shut it off for a few minutes and came back to start it and when it started it reved up with no control with the throttle. No matter what I did the engine raced and could not be controled.

go to briggs and stratton website manuals and diagrams and punch in the model and type numbers.
it will be a pdf copy of the manual with drawings.
what is the code? the code tells the date of manufacture. yymmddaa
the last two digits aa are the assembly line
