how to fix 01 code coming on every hour,new exhusd fitted one week ago still not working

If boiler showing 'CO' try pushing once on a switch located on main PCB near timer and room thermostat connections. If that doesn't resolve it then push the switch once again to reset it two previous state. There is a similar switch on display PCB, try pushing it once. This may get rid rid of the 'CO' problem. These switches are used when analysing Carbon Monoxide (CO) levels in exhaust gases.

Just had the same fault. Luckily had boiler insurance. They've just replaced the main PCB and the small one behind it as they damaged it, a new gas valve and reset it all. Seems fine now though the parts and labour are probably more than the boiler is worth especially if you add in the new main heat exchanger they fitted last year. Fingers crossed all will stay ok. Incidently all the engineers who have worked on this boiler hate it and unless they have no choice from their employer they dodge any repairs and pass the job to someone else.

exactly same problem - swapped with main pcb board
from sisters boiler (linea max) and worked ok. So i would say the problem is main contol board.

I have seen the CO problem on two other Linea Plus's which I installed about 10 years ago. One also suffers from intermittent 01 faults. Gas pressure setting on these is a total pain. These boilers were over-complicated in design and really represented the last gasp of the traditional low water content boilers before condensing boilers with zero-rated governors became the norm.

co means the boiler is in its service mode,which means running at max, usually if u get intermit 01 code it is the ignition pcb thats faulty either on the gas valve or pigy backed on the main pcb depending which linea u hav-cannot understand why it shows co though????
