Mend Servis Frost Free Fan

How can i fix my servis frost free fridge/freezer?

I have a 14 month old frost free fridge/freezer with no manual and a new fan in it. It is not keeping temperature, fridge warm etc.. but the red light warning light has not come on once and the fridge/freezer is still humming as if working efficiently. Any suggestions

does the door light come on / go off when you open the fridge door ? or does it flash and filcker when the door is open?
