jaguar 23kw wall hung combi boiler?

Ive got a jaguar 23kw boiler and my heating seems to be only working upstairs and my downstairs is freezing any help please.

turn all the upstairs rads off then turn the downstairs on one at a time. if they heat then it's most likely a faulty pump or a circulation problem
