siren not sounding on accenta g4 ?

I have just installed a second accenta g4 and have the same problem. The siren sounds on walk test but fails to go of on full alarm. The stobe goes off but no siren. Also the manuel is confusion on setting the second program. It never saves always reverst back to factory settins. Any ideas?
