Mend Panasonic FZ30 Screen Worked Turned

Panasonic FZ30 back screen fuzzy?

My camera worked very well, until the flip backscreen became fuzzy when turned, and now, always fuzzy/snowy - looks like a loose contact on the swivel mechanism. How can I repair or where can I find a free online repair manual for the FZ 30 or FZ50?
