Mend Eurosit EP3000 Turn Water Heating Noise

ep3000?

i turn on my water and heating at the same time the timmer makes a ticking noise and resets the programmer timmer if i turn on the water only and leave for 5 mins then turn on the heating then its fine but cant set the heating with the timmer as it resets the timmer and goes of HELP PLEASE???????

Hello, I have the same problem which has just developed. The engineer is coming out tomorrow and I will let you know the answer as soon as I do. Hope you're not too cold!
