Watched this done but now cant remember how?

Need to increase pressure in my boiler, its a Worcester Greenstar, in a nut shell I put the white key and quarter turn but nothing. There is a white cap screw next to key which I have turned only to end up with water dripping out from it and a black cap screw on the right hand side of the key. Can anyone help please!
