how to fix my 54 plate renault kangoo?

veh will not start unless you prime the fuel to pump ive replaced all pipes and fuel fillter head and glow plugs are fine. once veh started will run fine, but wont start if been left switched off for 15mins. also would like to know what pressure injector pump sould be on cranking. many thanks john.
