Hi,don't give up just yet! A number of these forum websites suggest that F11 code indicates that it is a control module fault requiring a replacement board. My 6 yr old Bosch Exxcel tumble dryer started making a clicking sound but wouldn't turn the drum under any sort of load. I had almost accepted that a new machine was inevitable as a new control module could be more than 50% of a brand new machine. I took the top off, then the left hand panel and was shocked to find a huge amount of dust everywhere including the electrical connections. 10 minutes of vacuume cleaning and the old machine is running like new. Just saved myself £400.00
