Mend Asko 50700 Dishwasher Motor Turned

how can i fix my dishwasher favorit 50700?

I had the motor bearings replaced and after i replaced the whole lot, turned it on got a c3 error with the pump working nonstop and water everywhere.
i made pretty shure all hoses where sealed properly.
Is there any wiring that could have been reversed?
