how can I fix my Kenmore/Whirlpool dishwasher mod-15838793?

the serial # is FJ2406401. I'm wondering if there is a procedure to reset the main control back to full operation. None of the functions work now except for two led's: "Pots & Pans" and "Quick Rinse". When depressing "Cancel Drain" the display shows the number "2" and the drain motor runs for 2 mins., when it reaches "0", it starts the two minute count again until the circuit is interrupted by switching off the breaker or opening d'washer door. also, when the circuit brkr. is turned off then on; the display shows "18"; "Quick Rinse"led flashes and nothing runs. Any clues?
