Mend BISSELL 38B6 Help Needed Heat

HELP NEEDED BISSELL PRO HEAT TURBO?

MY PRO HEAT TURBO IS 3YRS OLD USED ABOUT 5 TIMES NOW IVE NOTICED THAT THE FRONT BRUSHES ARE NOT ROTATING, THE BELT IS FINE THE MOTOR COG IS JUST NOT SPINNING CAN ANYONE HELP PLEASE

I have had many problems with the heat pro, yours being one of them. IN the past two years, I have had to return it twice. Now it is not dipersing water. I have only used it five or six times myself and was trying to get ready for the holidays...good luck to you! I really don't have any answers...sorry.
